Building your confidence and assertiveness

In this programme, you will be taken through a series of exercises to determine:

    • How assertiveness relates to confidence
  • Where, if at all, do you give your power away?
  • What are your internal messages, and how you can change them
  • How to use your voice for confidence
  • How to project a confident persona - visually and emotionally
  • Communication using the coaching model to create win / win dialogues
  • How to hear feedback and receive it as constructive not criticism
  • How to Manage difficult conversations
