RDPI - our CSR

"Few of us can do great things, but all of us can do small things with great love"
Mother Teresa

We believe that organisations grow because they do the right things.

We believe in doing something to make a difference - in our small way.

We believe in collaboration - the whole is greater than the sum of the parts. By working together, supporting and helping each other, we can "grow the cake" so that we all benefit and still have our "slices" - but those slices are bigger!

We established the Foundation for International Collaboration some years ago to enable us to achieve our vision of developing human potential via collaboration at the global level.

Using our skills, experience and networks, we support communities to empower people to unlock that human potential.

RDPI CSR During the 2020 pandemic, we thought about what we could contribute in our small way that might "make a difference".

We decided to offer free coaching to our wonderful colleagues in the emergency services. We normally work with the NHS, police and CT, so we felt that giving our time during this challenging and difficult period might support them when they were in most need. We coached over 20 people, dealing with many things such as stress, career development and innovating ideas. Our CORE Matrix personailty profiling tool helped people develop better rapport, teams to come together and develop, and people to understand how they are perceived by others.

We also ran a weekly online Café where people joined us to chat, exchange ideas, talk about issues and just chill out over a cuppa.

Foundation for International Collaboration

Foundation for International Collaboration The Foundation for International Collaboration (FIC) encourages effective collaboration amongst people, organisations and governments - the philosophy being that 'the whole is greater than the sum of the parts thereof'.

It acts as a catalyst to bring people, organisations and governments together.

Talking2Minds Talking2Minds was established in 2008 with the sole purpose of helping those suffering from PTSD or other severe stress related conditions. Initially, T2M offered help exclusively to military sufferers, but now helps others coming from all sectors of society, including the 'blue light' services and those who have suffered trauma through abuse and horrific accidents.
